Delivery Area:
We offer free delivery of inflatables within a 30 mile radius of Rainsville, Alabama. Outside of this area a minimum size party is required. If you are unsure if your party is within our free delivery area, please give us a call to find out.
Rental Periods:
Each rental is guaranteed a minimum of 4 hours. But when possible we try to set up weekend rentals on Friday and pick up on Monday, subject to weather conditions and
availability.
Rental Agreement/Safety Rules/Operating Instructions:
Upon making your reservation you will receive an email with an attachment containing a copy of our
“Rental Agreement”. Please read over this document and feel free to
contact us via phone or email if you have any questions. On the day of your event, our driver will have a copy of this document and will need your signature at that
time.
Rain/Weather Policy:
There is no penalty or loss of deposit for an event that is cancelled due to rain or high winds. If rain or high winds are in the forecast for the day of your event,
you may cancel as late as the morning of the event, prior to us leaving our warehouse. We usually leave the decision up to you, but in cases of heavy rain or high
winds we cannot set up an inflatable.
Deposits:
A 25% deposit will be charged at the time the order is placed. The deposit is refundable, if the event is cancelled before set up, due to rain or high winds. If you
wish to reschedule your event, deposit will go toward rescheduled event. If event is cancelled, the deposit will be refunded to original source. All online credit
card payments are secure.
Sales Tax:
A 7% rental tax will be charged to all events unless a tax exempt certificate is provided.
Yard Requirements:
The surface on which we set up the inflatable must be flat (no more than 8 inches of slop over a distance of 15 feet) and clear of any sharp objects, such as sticks and
rocks, as well as pet droppings. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be
sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.
Electrical Requirements:
Power must be provided. We recommend a grounded outlet on a dedicated 20 amp circuit breaker to run each blower that keeps the inflatable inflated.
Delivery vs. Customer Pick-up:
At this time we do not offer customer pick up for any of our inflatables. We take care of delivery and set up. Exceptions to this are, concession equipment and dunk
tanks may be picked up by customer.
